Helping to identify and reduce debit card fraud is important to InFirst Bank. To assist in these efforts, InFirst has partnered with Card Sentry, a robust fraud-monitoring program powered by Proactive Risk Manager (PRM).

Card Sentry is an added layer of protection to stand watch over your card when you can’t be.  Some benefits include:

  • A 24/7/365 fraud monitoring call center.
  • Continual monitoring of customer transactions for unusual behaviors.
  • Live Call Center representatives contact customers directly in the event of suspicious card activity to verify transactions.
  • Quickly denies transactions and shuts down a compromised card if they are reported to be fraudulent to restrict the card and prevent future unauthorized purchases.
  • Deploys Real-Time Denials (RTD) to decline transactions matching a pre-defined criteria considered high risk.

Please note:
Card Sentry representatives will only confirm with a customer if the transaction they are questioning is legitimate or fraudulent. They WILL NOT offer to change your UserID, Password, or PIN number to help you “protect your accounts”. Should a caller representing InFirst Bank offer to change your UserID, Password, PIN or request other sensitive personal information then immediately hang up the phone, do not provide any information, and contact our Customer Care Center at 800-349-2814 to alert them of this suspicious activity. The bank will never request that you provide your Password or PIN information for any reason.
