IMPORTANT ALERT: Fraudsters misrepresent financial institutions by sending fake texts or phone calls stating they are a bank representative or the fraud dept. These people say there is a problem and they can help protect you by changing your UserID, Password, PIN code or other sensitive information. If this happens – STOP! It’s a scam! While the bank does have a fraud dept. who may contact you requesting to verify a purchase, they’ll NEVER ask you to provide your UserID, Password, PIN, or other sensitive information. If you receive such a call or text from InFirst Bank do not provide that type of information, instead call the bank directly at (800)349-2814 to review your accounts.
